Below you will find the scheduled events for Perrotta's Kitchen Supper Club. Once you click a date, you will be able to review the menu and reserve a spot. A non-refundable deposit (50% of price) must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event date to guarantee your reservation. Spicy Sausage Mofonguitos Over Sweet Corn Sauce

Mofonguito is a term used in the Caribbean for deep fried plantains.  These are formed into cups and filled with spicy seasoned sausage.

Lentil Salad

Served cold w/pita chips.

Blue Cheese Crusted Petite Filet w/Yucca Mash

A 6oz center cut filet crusted with blue cheese & panko.  The side is my take on mashed potatoes using yucca instead.  The creaminess and flavor is out of this world! The yucca or cassava is a root vegetable normally cultivated in tropical places.

“Tres Leches”

“Tres Leches” (Three Milks) is a sponge-like cake soaked in three different kinds of milk.  Very tasty if you’ve never had the chance to experience it!
